Caregiver of the month of January: Pamela Nowacki
Pamela has only been with ExpertCare for a few short months but has proven her dedication to helping others succeed. In that short time, she has shown how much she wants to make a difference in the lives of others. Pamela truly goes above and beyond to help her recipients. She gets creative in teaching them to accomplish their goals. She’s passionate about finding new ways to engage with them. You can tell she loves what she does through her all of her hard work! We are happy to have Pamela on our team and be able to watch her continue to shine in her career! Caregiver of the month of December: Brandon Warren
Brandon has been providing great care with ExpertCare for almost a year. He is being recognized for being a great mentor and for being dependable. The mom of one of the recipients he works with shared that he’s been doing such an amazing job helping her son achieve his goals. She said, “Brandon is a natural at what he does, and he has amazing levels of patience.” She went on to say she hears the way he speaks to her son with respect and he’s so amazing in many ways. Mom also mentioned that her son has made so much more progress since Brandon started working with him than any other therapy services could help him achieve. He continues to be a light to others and leads all the recipients he works with toward the path to success. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything he does and is very proud to have him represent ExpertCare in the field. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in changing the lives of others.

Caregiver of the month of November: Dayna Crawford
Dayna has been a reliable caregiver working for ExpertCare for the past few months. She continues to make a positive impact on the recipient she works with. Dayna works very hard to assist her recipient with keeping on task and working on his goals. No matter what challenge arises, she remains positive every shift and shows a tremendous amount of patience. She’s not only a great caregiver, but also a wonderful team player and volunteers to work extra hours if needed. She’s built a great bond with the other caregivers that work on the same case as her, and they help encourage one another when things get challenging. Dayna has shown that she will always go the extra mile to put others first. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything she does and is proud to have her represent ExpertCare in the field.
