Caregiver of the month of October: Fatou Faye
Fatou is new to ExpertCare but has already made a lasting impression with the families she provides care for and with ExpertCare staff. She has been recognized by staff due to the way she cares, engages and supports the individuals she works with. Fatou has been put in challenging situations but that has not deterred her from giving her best. She has been working with consumer who typically is very shy, but in a matter of weeks working together, family noted they’re significantly more open. ExpertCare truly appreciates everything she does and is very proud to have her represent ExpertCare in the field. Thank you for your hard work and dedication in changing the lives of others.
