The Caregiver of the Month for April is Ashley Preston
Ashley has been with ExpertCare for a little over 2 years. She’s proven herself to be compassionate and dedicated to making a difference with her client. Ashley always makes sure to put the needs of her consumer first. The Guardian of the family that Ashley works for called ExpertCare to show their appreciation for her as staff. The Guardian stated that she is great with her daughter and said, “Ashley loves my daughter and helps her walk. I can count on her and trust her”. ExpertCare could not be more grateful to hear how much Ashley is making a difference in her consumer’s life. She demonstrates encouragement, support and continuous reliability. Benjamin has been working with ExpertCare for over two months now and in that short period of time, Benjamin has shown how truly dedicated and passionate he is about the services he provides. He’s been able to connect and make strides towards goals working separately with each of his four consumers. Ben has proven his mission is to go above and beyond with his consumers by trying to understand their abilities so he can interact on their level and plan activities according to their needs.
