ExpertCare Employees,
On behalf of the ExpertCare administration I want to thank you for your hard work and dedication. I’m humbled at the bravery, tireless effort and commitment demonstrated by our caregivers and therapists. Each of you continue to provide essential support services and care for our clients. Now more than ever the work you do is crucial to our highly vulnerable population of clients who depend on you.
Last week you provided services to 607 clients throughout Oakland, Macomb, Wayne, Genesee, Livingston, and Washtenaw county! The tireless commitment has not gone unnoticed. I deeply appreciate your dedication as ExpertCare’s front line staff and I am grateful for your work!
During this time of PPE shortages, we all need to do our part to conserve and use PPE appropriately so that it is available where it is most needed. ExpertCare has a limited supply of surgical masks, gloves and hand sanitizer. If you are in need of PPE or hand sanitizer, please contact our office to coordinate pick up or shipment. The office number is 248-643-8900.
If you would like additional training to improve infection control and prevention practices please send an email to sharvey@expertcare.com.
As we continue to provide services, it is crucial we continue to take preventative measures and self-monitor for signs of illness consistent with COVID-19. Please notify ExpertCare at 248-643-8900 if you are unable to report to your shift.

ExpertCare Clients,
Today Governor Gretchen Whitmer announced a Stay Home Executive Order that is effective at midnight. The Stay Home Executive Order has multiple exceptions including the care of persons with disabilities. This exception means we continue to provide services as usual.
As we continue to provide services it is crucial we continue to take preventative measures and self-monitor for signs of illness consistent with COVID-19. If you or someone in your home have symptoms of an illness, please postpone services until receiving guidance from a healthcare professional. They will determine if a medical evaluation is necessary or other measures should be taken. Please notify ExpertCare at 248-643-8900 if you are unable to receive services at this time and on advised measures if applicable.
We want to thank you for your communication efforts with our team and working together to ensure ongoing support services can be delivered in this unprecedented time. The ExpertCare team is still maintaining our daily business operations and coordination of services to ensure individuals who depend on us are receiving the support services they need. We encourage you to contact the office at 248-643-8900 if you have any questions or concerns.
Stay healthy and safe,
The ExpertCare Team
