Caregiver of the month of February: Tyrell Murphy
Tyrell has been working with ExpertCare for the past year and has made a positive impact on those he’s worked with. He’s being recognized by ExpertCare for being caring, compassionate and excellent at redirecting when in challenging situations. Never has he given up when faced with a challenge. Instead, he tries to put himself in that individual’s shoes, adapt and try harder to make the situation better. The Supports Coordination for one of the families shared feedback with ExpertCare letting us know Tyrell made such a difference in the consumer’s life and his behaviors have dramatically decreased.
